Last month Toyota debuted their “Prius! Impossible Girls” project, where 40 car parts are reimagined as cute girls. Oh Japan how I love you. The song in the promo below is “Shijō no Koe” (Test Drive Voices) produced by Oster Project with the Vocaloid GUMI. Check it out, super chaotic editing and you get to see the girl designs.

I love my self some vocaloid, even though I’m not that great at keeping up with all the stuff! And damn there is a lot of stuff. But, wow this NEW vocaloid is super cute and is voiced by Actress Kou Shibasaki who has appeared in films like Battle Royale and Dororo. The vocaloid is named Galaco and was designed by Jiro Tomioka, Galaco will feature two voice libraries and the VOCALOID3 Library Galaco NEO software will be available for purchase and download next month! Yuu Asakawa, famous for being the sample voice used for Vocaloid Luka will be appearing at Animc Central 2013. Asakawa is also know for her role as Sakaki from Azumanga Diaoh, Motoko Aoyama in Love Hina, Itoko Osakabe in School Rumble, and more! Be sure to say hi if you see her this year, and please, don’t ask her to sing like luka, she is not a robot.

Sony had released Limited edition Hatsune Miku themed walkmans, sadly though this news comes a bit to late, They have sold out of all 3,939 units this month that were produced. Im posting this because just look at how cute and wonderful these walkmans look! I would have totally wanted it, espcially with the price point of $163 and that they had the song “Hoshi no Kakera” pre-installed, what Miku fan wouldnt want one.
